AI Discovery Scan: Service Terms
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern the purchase and delivery of the AI Discovery Scan ("the Scan") from 500 Creative Inc. ("500 Creative," "we," "us"). By purchasing the Scan, you agree to these terms. These terms are supplemented by our website terms and privacy policy at 500creative.com/privacy-policy. Where they conflict, these Service Terms govern.
1. The Service
The Scan is a diagnostic report showing how selected AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini) currently describe and recommend your business, based on live queries run at the time of the engagement. It includes an AI Visibility Score, a competitor read, and a business-impact summary. The Scan is a point-in-time snapshot. AI platforms change their outputs continuously, and the same queries run at a different time may produce different results.
2. Intake and Delivery
After purchase, you will receive a client intake form. Your Scan is delivered by email within 3 business days of our receipt of your completed intake form, not from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. If we have questions about your intake, the delivery window begins once those questions are resolved.
3. Payment and Refunds
The Scan is priced at $97 CAD, payable in full at purchase. As a digital diagnostic service, the Scan is non-refundable once purchased. If you believe there is an error in your delivered report, contact hello@500creative.com within 7 days and we will review and correct any factual errors in good faith. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; 500 Creative does not store your payment card details.
4. Nature of the Deliverable
The Scan is a diagnostic and informational document. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of visibility, rankings, recommendations, leads, or business results. Our work delivers visibility outcomes, such as an evidence-based picture of your current AI presence; what you do with that information, and the business results that follow, depend on factors outside our control, including the conduct of third-party AI platforms.
5. Intellectual Property and License
The Authority Climb, including its name, framework, step structure, scoring approach, and supporting materials, is the intellectual property of 500 Creative Inc. Your report and any supporting deliverables are licensed, not sold. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use them for your internal business purposes. You may share them with your own team and professional advisors. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, or distribute the deliverables or the frameworks they contain without written consent from 500 Creative Inc. The methodologies, prompts, and tools used to produce the deliverables remain the confidential property of 500 Creative Inc. The Authority Climb is a trademark of 500 Creative Inc.
6. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that the information you provide in the intake form is accurate and that you are authorized to request an analysis of the business named in it. The Scan is prepared based on the information you supply; inaccurate or incomplete intake information may affect the relevance of the findings.
7. Limitation of Liability
We perform the Scan with professional skill and care. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or behavior of third-party AI platforms, or for decisions you make based on the report. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 500 Creative Inc.'s total liability in connection with the Scan is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. General
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your engagement.

AI Visibility Audit: Service Terms
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern the purchase and delivery of the AI Visibility Audit ("the Audit") from 500 Creative Inc. ("500 Creative," "we," "us"). By purchasing the Audit, you agree to these terms. These terms are supplemented by our website terms and privacy policy at 500creative.com/privacy-policy. Where they conflict, these Service Terms govern.
1. The Service
The Audit is a comprehensive strategic diagnostic of how AI platforms see, understand, and represent your business. It includes a written report covering technical, content, trust, and competitive dimensions, an AI Visibility Score, a prioritized on-site action plan, and a one-hour Strategic Debrief. The Audit is based on live queries run across selected AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini) at the time of the engagement, together with a review of your website and the business context you provide. AI platforms change their outputs continuously; findings reflect the period in which the queries were run.
2. Intake and Delivery
After purchase, you will receive a client intake form, including business context questions that shape the analysis. Your Audit report is delivered by email within 5-7 business days of our receipt of your completed intake form, not from the date of purchase. If we have questions about your intake, the delivery window begins once those questions are resolved.
3. The Strategic Debrief
The Audit includes a one-hour Strategic Debrief by video call, where we walk through the findings and discuss priorities. The Debrief is scheduled after your report is delivered, normally within one week of delivery. If you do not schedule or attend the Debrief within 30 days of report delivery, the Debrief is considered forfeited; the report itself remains fully yours. One reschedule is included with at least 24 hours' notice.
4. Scope
The Audit diagnoses both on-site and off-site visibility gaps, and its action plan prescribes on-site improvements. Implementation of any recommendation is not included. Off-site strategy and execution planning are addressed by a separate engagement (the Offsite Authority Roadmap). Nothing in the Audit obligates you to purchase further services, and nothing in these terms entitles you to implementation work.
5. Payment and Refunds
The Audit is priced at $1,500 CAD, payable in full at purchase. Work begins on receipt of payment and your completed intake form. Because the Audit is a custom analytical service, payment is non-refundable once the analysis has begun. If you believe there is an error in your delivered report, contact hello@500creative.com within 7 days and we will review and correct any factual errors in good faith.
6. Nature of the Deliverable
The Audit is a diagnostic and strategic planning document. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of visibility, rankings, recommendations, leads, or business results. Our work delivers visibility outcomes, such as an evidence-based diagnosis and a prioritized plan; the business results that follow depend on implementation, market factors, and the conduct of third-party AI platforms, all outside our control.
8. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that the information you provide in the intake form is accurate and that you are authorized to request an analysis of the business named in it. The Audit is prepared based on the information you supply and your publicly accessible web presence; inaccurate or incomplete intake information may affect the relevance of the findings.
9. Limitation of Liability
We perform the Audit with professional skill and care. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or behavior of third-party AI platforms, or for decisions you make based on the report. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 500 Creative Inc.'s total liability in connection with the Audit is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Authority Sprint: Service Terms
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern Authority Sprint engagements ("the Sprint") delivered by 500 Creative Inc. ("500 Creative," "we," "us"). Each Sprint is engaged through a signed Scope of Work ("SOW") that sets out the specific implementation plan, committed price, and timeline. These terms apply to every Sprint engagement and are supplemented by our website terms and privacy policy at 500creative.com/privacy-policy. Where these terms conflict with a signed SOW, the SOW governs.
1. The Service
The Sprint is done-for-you implementation of the on-site improvements identified in your AI Visibility Audit. Work is delivered directly on your live website and may include technical optimization (schema markup, metadata, heading structure, entity-name corrections), content restructuring, on-site trust signals, and Google Business Profile setup or optimization. The Sprint concludes with a Completion Report documenting the work performed and your updated AI Visibility Score.
2. Prerequisite
The Sprint implements Audit findings; it cannot be purchased without a completed AI Discovery Scan and AI Visibility Audit. The specific implementation list in your SOW is drawn from your Audit.
3. Pricing and Payment
Sprint pricing is tiered by the depth of work your Audit revealed. A single committed price is set in your SOW. Payment is 50% at kickoff and 50% before content restructuring begins. The kickoff payment is non-refundable once implementation begins. Content work commences on receipt of the balance. Applicable taxes are additional.
4. Scope
The Sprint covers on-site work only. Off-site implementation (directory listings, data aggregator submissions, citation and link building, ongoing third-party corrections) is excluded and addressed by the Offsite Authority Roadmap and Authority Building Program. The Sprint documents off-site gaps it identifies and flags them for those engagements. Work not listed in your SOW is out of scope and is quoted or billed at the hourly rate stated in your SOW, with your written approval before it begins.
5. Content
Where your SOW specifies that you draft your own content, two optimization rounds are included; further rewrites or new content creation are billed at the SOW hourly rate. You are responsible for the accuracy, ownership, and rights clearance of all content, testimonials, logos, and materials you provide. We optimize and structure your content; the underlying claims and facts remain yours.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide in a timely manner: website editor access, Google Business Profile and Search Console access or verification details, content drafts per the SOW schedule, and approvals within the response window stated in your SOW. The committed timeline assumes prompt responses. Delays in access, drafts, or approvals extend the delivery date accordingly and are not grounds for a refund.
7. Site Access and Ownership
Sprint work is performed on your live website. Your website, domain, and accounts remain yours at all times. We access them only to perform the work in your SOW. You are responsible for maintaining your own platform subscriptions and account security. We recommend you avoid making structural changes to the site during the Sprint; changes made by you or third parties during the engagement may affect the work and are outside our responsibility.
8. Nature of the Deliverable
The Sprint delivers visibility outcomes: a foundation AI can read, understand, and trust, documented in the Completion Report. It is not a guarantee of rankings, recommendations, leads, or business results, which depend on third-party AI platforms, market factors, and your own business activity, all outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
We perform the Sprint with professional skill and care. We are not responsible for the behavior of third-party AI platforms or search engines, for platform changes outside our control, or for decisions you make based on the engagement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 500 Creative Inc.'s total liability in connection with the Sprint is limited to the fees you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. General
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the date of your signed SOW applies to your engagement.

Offsite Authority Roadmap: Service Terms
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern the purchase and delivery of the Offsite Authority Roadmap ("the Roadmap") from 500 Creative Inc. ("500 Creative," "we," "us"). By purchasing the Roadmap, you agree to these terms. These terms are supplemented by our website terms and privacy policy at 500creative.com/privacy-policy. Where they conflict, these Service Terms govern.
1. The Service
The Roadmap is a complete six-month offsite authority-building plan: a digital footprint audit across seven authority categories, a competitive authority comparison, a prioritized opportunities list, a month-by-month execution roadmap, a review generation system with email, SMS, and in-person templates, a directory and citation toolkit with standardized business descriptions, a monthly tracking framework, and AI visibility check-in queries. The Roadmap reflects your visibility position at the time of the engagement.
2. Prerequisite
The Roadmap builds on the findings of your AI Visibility Audit; it cannot be purchased without a completed AI Discovery Scan and AI Visibility Audit.
3. Intake and Delivery
After purchase, you will receive a client intake form. Your Roadmap is delivered by email within 10-12 business days of our receipt of your completed intake form, not from the date of purchase. If we have questions about your intake, the delivery window begins once those questions are resolved.
4. Scope
The Roadmap is a strategy and toolkit for internal execution. Implementation (directory submissions, review campaigns, content placement, ongoing monitoring) is not included and is addressed by the Authority Building Program. Nothing in the Roadmap obligates you to purchase further services.
5. Payment and Refunds
The Roadmap is priced at $2,500 CAD, payable in full at purchase. Work begins on receipt of payment and your completed intake form. Because the Roadmap is a custom strategic service, payment is non-refundable once the work has begun. If you believe there is an error in your delivered Roadmap, contact hello@500creative.com within 7 days and we will review and correct any factual errors in good faith.
6. Nature of the Deliverable
The Roadmap is a strategic planning document. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of visibility, rankings, recommendations, leads, or business results. Our work delivers visibility outcomes, in this case an evidence-based plan and the tools to execute it; the results that follow depend on your execution, market factors, and the conduct of third-party platforms, all outside our control.
7. Intellectual Property and License
The Authority Climb, including its name, framework, step structure, scoring approach, and supporting materials, is the intellectual property of 500 Creative Inc. Your Roadmap is licensed, not sold. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the Roadmap for your internal business purposes, including using the templates it contains (review requests, directory descriptions, outreach materials) in the ordinary operation and marketing of your own business. You may share the Roadmap with your own team and professional advisors. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, or distribute the Roadmap, its templates, or the frameworks it contains for any other business or purpose without written consent from 500 Creative Inc.The Authority Climb is a trademark of 500 Creative Inc.
8. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that the information you provide in the intake form is accurate and that you are authorized to request an analysis of the business named in it. You are responsible for how the templates and systems are used, including compliance with anti-spam and review-platform rules applicable to your business.
9. Limitation of Liability
We perform the Roadmap with professional skill and care. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or behavior of third-party platforms, or for decisions you make based on the Roadmap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 500 Creative Inc.'s total liability in connection with the Roadmap is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Authority Building Program: Service Terms
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern Authority Building Program engagements ("the Program") delivered by 500 Creative Inc. ("500 Creative," "we," "us"). Each Program engagement begins with a signed Program Agreement that sets out your tier, monthly fee, start date, and initial visibility targets. These terms apply to every Program engagement and are supplemented by our website terms and privacy policy at 500creative.com/privacy-policy. Where these terms conflict with a signed Program Agreement, the Program Agreement governs.
1. The Service
The Program is an ongoing monthly engagement that executes and refines your offsite authority strategy: strategy, execution, monitoring, and refinement, managed over time. It is offered in three tiers (Guided, Supported, and Full Authority), which share the same strategic framework and differ in how much execution 500 Creative handles directly. Your tier and its monthly deliverables are set out in your Program Agreement. Every tier includes a Monthly Progress Report tracking your visibility against the targets defined at kickoff.
2. Prerequisite and Foundation
The Program executes the strategy in your Offsite Authority Roadmap; it cannot be purchased without a completed AI Discovery Scan, AI Visibility Audit, and Offsite Authority Roadmap. If your Audit and Roadmap were completed more than 60 days before your Program start date, both are refreshed at no additional cost as part of the Program, because current data is the foundation the work depends on.
3. Term and Commitment
The Program requires a minimum commitment of six months from your start date. Authority building is cumulative; the minimum term exists because meaningful movement takes sustained monthly work, and it is a condition of engagement, not a formality. The Program cannot be cancelled during the minimum term except for material breach that remains uncured 14 days after written notice. After the initial six months, the Program continues month to month and either party may end it with 30 days' written notice.
4. Fees and Payment
Your monthly fee is set in your Program Agreement and is billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on receipt of each invoice. If an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, work pauses until payment is received; paused time does not shorten the minimum term, and 500 Creative is not responsible for the effect of pauses on momentum or results. All payments are non-refundable. Applicable taxes are additional.
5. Third-Party Costs
Some offsite work involves third-party fees (paid directory listings, press release distribution, and similar). These are not included in the monthly fee. We will identify any third-party cost and obtain your written approval before it is incurred; approved costs are billed to you at cost, with no markup.
6. Content and Approvals
Content we create under the Program (articles, press releases, directory descriptions, outreach materials) is drafted for your review. You approve content before it is published or distributed, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the business claims it contains. Timely feedback and approvals are part of the engagement; monthly deliverables depend on them, and deliverables delayed by outstanding approvals are not grounds for a refund or credit.
7. Nature of the Engagement
The Program commits to defined deliverables and to measurable visibility outcomes, established at kickoff and tracked in your Monthly Progress Report. It is not a guarantee of rankings, recommendations, leads, revenue, or other business results, which depend on third-party platforms, market factors, and your own business activity, all outside our control.
8. Intellectual Property and License
The Authority Climb, including its name, framework, step structure, scoring approach, and supporting materials, is the intellectual property of 500 Creative Inc. Content created for you under the Program is yours to publish and use in the ordinary operation and marketing of your business once the month in which it was delivered is paid in full. Monthly Progress Reports, strategy documents, and toolkits are licensed, not sold: you receive a non-exclusive license for your internal business purposes, and you may share them with your own team and professional advisors, but may not reproduce, resell, publish, or distribute them or the frameworks they contain without written consent from 500 Creative Inc. The Authority Climb is a trademark of 500 Creative Inc.
9. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to the accounts and platforms the work requires (such as your Google Business Profile, directory accounts, and website where applicable), to designate a contact with authority to approve content, and to respond to approval requests within a reasonable time. You are responsible for compliance with anti-spam and review-platform rules in campaigns you execute yourself.
10. Limitation of Liability
We perform the Program with professional skill and care. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or behavior of third-party platforms, directories, or publications, or for decisions you make based on the engagement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 500 Creative Inc.'s total liability in connection with the Program is limited to the fees you paid under it in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. General
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the date of your signed Program Agreement applies to your engagement, and renewal months after the initial term are governed by the version in effect at renewal.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Questions: hello@500creative.com.
