Security Notice: Impersonation & Fraud Prevention
500 Creative is aware that third parties may occasionally attempt to impersonate our business through fraudulent emails, messages, or payment requests ("phishing" or "spoofing"). These communications are not sent by 500 Creative and are not authorized.
How to verify it's really us:

We do not request urgent payments, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or sensitive personal information by email.

Reporting suspicious messages
If you believe you have received a fraudulent message claiming to be from 500 Creative, please forward it to melanie@500creative.com so we can investigate and report it to the appropriate service providers.

Email spoofing is a known risk across the internet. While we take reasonable steps to protect our communications and reduce fraud risk, we cannot guarantee that third parties will not attempt to imitate our name or brand. Data Retention
We retain client project files and communications for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to support ongoing reference and service continuity. Contact form submissions and inquiries are retained in our systems unless you request deletion. Anonymized analytics data is retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked to an individual.

Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All services provided by 500 Creative (including web design, AI Visibility Audits, Wix GEO Sprints, and Offsite Authority Roadmaps) are governed by individual service agreements or proposals provided to clients before work begins. These agreements outline scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and any additional terms specific to the engagement.
6. Payment and Refunds
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. A deposit is required before work begins. All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Digital deliverables (audits, roadmaps, reports) are non-refundable once delivered.
If you have a concern about a deliverable, please contact us at hello@500creative.com within 7 days of delivery so we can address it.
7. Limitation of Liability
500 Creative provides strategic recommendations and digital services based on our professional expertise and available data. Results from AI visibility strategies, search engine optimization, and related services are influenced by third-party platforms and algorithms that are outside our control. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI recommendations, or business outcomes.
In no event shall 500 Creative Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
