  • We do not request urgent payments, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or sensitive personal information by email.

Reporting suspicious messages

If you receive a message claiming to be from 500 Creative that appears fraudulent, please forward it to hello@500creative.com so we can investigate and report it to the appropriate service providers.

We retain client project files and communications for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to support service continuity. Contact form submissions may remain in our system unless you request deletion.

Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely, as it cannot be linked to an individual.

6. Deliverables and License

Reports, audits, roadmaps, and other deliverables prepared for a client are licensed, not sold. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverable for their internal business purposes. Clients may share deliverables with their own team and professional advisors. Clients may not reproduce, resell, publish, or distribute deliverables or the frameworks they contain, in whole or in part, without written consent from 500 Creative Inc.

 

7. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms are defined in your service agreement. A deposit is required before work begins. All payments, including deposits, are non‑refundable. Digital deliverables are non‑refundable once delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide strategic recommendations based on our expertise and available data. Results from SEO, AI visibility strategies, and related services depend on third‑party platforms outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or business results.

500 Creative Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
