The Authority Building Program is the ongoing engagement that takes your Offsite Authority Roadmap and turns it into compound results: strategy, execution, monitoring, and refinement, managed month over month. It sits at the top of the climb for a reason. Authority is not a project, it is a practice. The Audit showed you where you stand and why. The Sprint fixed your foundation. The Roadmap set the strategy. The Program keeps visibility climbing.
Who it is for
Professional service businesses that understand authority compounds over time. Most clients arrive one of three ways: they completed the Audit and Roadmap and want execution support; they tried to run the Roadmap internally and found consistent monthly work harder than expected; or they want a strategic partner managing offsite visibility while they run their business.
Not for quick wins. Six months is the minimum because that is how long the work takes to compound.
How it works
Your foundation documents. The Program executes your Roadmap, informed by your Audit. If both were completed within the last 60 days, we move straight to kickoff. If either is older, both are redone at no cost in month one, because the plan has to land on current data.
Your on-site foundation. If your Audit identified on-site fixes that must happen before offsite work can take hold, those run through the Authority Sprint first. If a new website is built as part of the Program, the build handles the on-site step: the site is AI-ready from day one.
The monthly cycle. Each month runs a defined set of strategic and execution work that builds the offsite signals AI engines rely on: content, placements, directories, reviews, and media. The strategic system is the same across all three tiers. What changes is how much of the execution 500 Creative handles versus your team.
Choose your tier

Guided ($750/month). Strategy only; your team executes. A complete monthly content and outreach calendar, a monthly progress report tracking your visibility targets, a monthly strategy call, and the templates your team needs to do the work.
Supported ($1,500/month). Everything in Guided, plus the execution that demands the most consistency: two expert articles ghostwritten and placed each month, press releases when real news emerges, directory submissions managed, and your review generation campaign run for you.
Full Authority ($2,500/month). Everything in Supported, plus full execution: four articles per month, active media and podcast outreach, weekly Google Business Profile management, quarterly competitive analysis, and Knowledge Panel strategy where your business qualifies.
Measured against what matters
At kickoff we set your visibility targets and write them into your agreement: the queries you should appear for, the AI Overviews recommendation to earn, the directory, review, and media baselines to beat, and the competitor to overtake. Every monthly report tracks progress against those exact targets, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. We commit to measurable visibility outcomes; what those outcomes turn into (the leads, the deals) is yours to close.
Want the website handled too?
Some clients fold a new website into the Program. The site cost and six months of your tier combine into six equal monthly payments: the website is built in months 1 to 3, and retainer work begins in month 4 on a foundation designed AI-ready from day one.
Six months, for a reason
Authority building compounds, and the curve bends around months 3 to 4. That is why the Program has a six-month minimum: a shorter commitment undersells what the work produces. After the initial term, it continues month to month with 30 days' notice, with the option to change tiers as your needs change.
