Web Design Process & FAQ's
This roadmap outlines the necessary steps of your web design project, from planning and execution to final delivery. It includes detailed timelines, key actions, and the resources required to ensure every aspect of your project is methodically planned and executed.
Payment
After approving the proposal, you will have the option to make a single payment or pay in multiple installments. All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Project fees will be invoiced electronically and converted to your local currency.
Questionnaire
Upon receiving your payment, we will send you a design questionnaire. You must return the completed questionnaire to us before we can begin production. For clients who have chosen our signature package, we will provide a link to book your web design consultation once we receive the completed questionnaire.
Material
Before production can begin, you must provide materials for all website pages. Your materials should include copy or copywriting support for each page, images or links to images, and any other resources that can assist us with content creation and image sourcing.
Production Begins
Now you can sit back and relax while we design your website! This involves strategy & research, layout planning and then bringing the design to life.
Revisions
We present the designs to you for your feedback. We believe in a collaborative approach and I will make every effort to incorporate your changes when revising the design drafts.
Website Transfer
Once the website is approved, it will be transferred from our agency's WIX account to yours. Upon accepting the transfer, you will have sole ownership. Your package includes post-launch support, and we also offer personalized maintenance plans to accommodate your needs.
